JB Ecotex plays a vital role in strengthening India’s circular economy.
Act as the single point of coordination with external intermediaries such as Practicing Company Secretaries, Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors, Registrars C Transfer Agents, and Stock Exchanges for IPO and regulatory matters.
Drive compliance actions across group companies and promoter offices, ensuring timely flow of information, approvals, documentation, and regulatory closures.
Lead and mentor the Assistant Company Secretary, maintain statutory registers and ROC filings, ensure audit readiness, and advise the Board and Management on governance and regulatory risks.
