Job Description: An Automotive Retail HR Manager manages the full employee lifecycle for dealerships, focusing on high-volume recruitment for sales/service staff, onboarding, compliance, and performance management to reduce turnover. Key duties include payroll coordination, training, and resolving employee grievances in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Staffing: Source and hire sales consultants, service technicians, and administrative staff, managing high turnover and seasonal hiring needs.
- Onboarding & Training: Conduct orientation and coordinate training programs to ensure staff understand product lines and service standards.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, commission structures, and advantages administration.
- Performance Management:



Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews for dealership staff. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3-5+ years in HR, with specific experience in automotive, retail, or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, strong communication, conflict resolution, and knowledge of employment laws. Common Challenges
