Job Description: An IT Manager oversees a company's technology operations, managing staff, infrastructure (networks, servers, software), security, and budgets to align IT with business goals, ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and support growth through planning, implementation, and strategic decision-making. Key duties include leading IT teams, developing policies, handling projects, disaster recovery, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders . Key Responsibilities:

- IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage IT staff (support, network admins, etc.).
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize servers, networks, hardware, software, and applications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols, manage data protection, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects, from upgrades to new implementations, ensuring timely delivery.




- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage IT budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and work with third-party vendors.
- Disaster Recovery: Create and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify needs and provide tech solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT management or relevant roles.
- Solid technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software.
- Expertise in network administration, data center management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field is often required.
