We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Mechanical Trainee to support plant maintenance activities and gain hands-on experience in mechanical systems and equipment. The trainee will work under the supervision of senior maintenance personnel and learn day-to-day plant operations and preventive maintenance procedures.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Support in the repair and installation of machines such as gearboxes, pumps, blowers, conveyors, fans, and valves
- Learn to use mechanical tools and basic instruments (e.g., vernier, dial gauge, torque wrench)
- Perform routine lubrication and cleaning of moving parts
- Assist in shaft alignment, bearing replacement, and welding/fabrication work
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE while working in plant areas
- Maintain shift logbooks and assist in basic reporting
- Work in rotational shifts and coordinate with operation and maintenance teams
Qualification:
- ITI (Fitter) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in mechanical maintenance

- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and plant equipment
- Willingness to learn through hands-on work
- Positive physical fitness and safety awareness
- Teamwork and discipline in industrial environment
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings (preferred)
