- Overseeing the metals, Trim & Head Rest, Mechanism, Plastic, PU-Chemical, Imported, frame, Consumable.
- DAILY achievement of Inventory as per production plan as per Maruti sequential schedule. It is very unique system. Maintaining only 3 hrs inventory.
- Key role in preparing Process flow, material line balancing, poka-yoke, functional objectives requirements.
- Maintain Total employee involvement & employee relation in store
- played a key role in planning & designing for bar code scanners, bar code stickers, printers.
- Key role in planning packaging boxes, packaging methods by considering all the logistics issues for Import , containers planning, effective loading and unloading methods , box design tests ( vibration test , compression test , mock test for boxes )
