- Experience, leadership, and being able to work independently. NO Hand holding will be provided from the core engg. team.
- Being able to manage test flights and release multiple apps. Need solid experience in Google PlayStore and Apple's AppStore publishing requirements.
- Need to have published to both app stores (by own self and not by some other manager in their team) many times in the past and able to track changes that Google and Apple make from time to time. This is Mandatory. No go without this.
- Need expertise for analytics in Firebase and setting it up for our customers. Mandatory. No go without this.
- ReactNative 6 years experience is a MUST.
Other points to remember:
- Overlap with client time zone so preferable work time maybe 11-12 in the morning till 8-9 in the evening (will be confirmed later)
