Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Talawade (Factory)
Age Limit: 25 years and above
Education Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 1–2 years in Manufacturing or a similar industry
Salary: As per industry norms
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on manufacturing processes and finished products
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain documentation for quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of quality tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SPC, etc.)
- Good understanding of mechanical components and drawings
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
