candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by assisting in the management and analysis of
Management Information Systems (MIS) to optimize our business operations and decision-making

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with different teams to develop, implement, and maintain Management Information
Systems to support various departments within GyanDhan.
● Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and
business metrics.
● Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns,



and
opportunities for improvement.
● Work closely with stakeholders across different teams to understand their information needs and
provide relevant data and analysis.
● Assist in the optimization of existing MIS processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across different
platforms and tools.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analysis to continuously improve
skills and knowledge.
● Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, system performance, and user
access.
