Job Description:

Position: Product Manager (New Product Development)

Location: Andheri -Mumbai

Experience: 5- 7 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire new product development lifecycle from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.
- Oversee the design and development of injection moulding tools, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product development processes, reduce time-to-market, and optimize resource utilization.
- Establish and execute strategic plans, organizational policies,



and goals that drive short-term profitability and long-term growth by providing differentiated products, services, and support

Required Skills:

- must have at least 5 years of developing Plastic/Injection moulded product designs to relay to overseas mould makers.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 16.00 LPA
