Job Description:

Astt.Manager -Refrigeration

Experience : 7 to 10 years

Qualification : BE/B. Tech or DME/DEE

KEY TASKS:
 Identify and develop innovative technologies and products that drive competitive advantages in the
marketplace.
 Support product development teams and projects including budgets, timelines and deliverables
 Support Manufacturing with process and engineering improvements to increase quality and efficiencies.
 Support product management in activities that provide better quality products, manufacturing,
engineering and service to the customer base.
 Define opportunities for improvement, set initiatives to develop those opportunities and manage for
successful implementation with speed and accuracy.
 Special assignments given by the HOD.

ABILITIES:
 To work as a part of team
 To promote change
 To develop recent ideas for improvement/efficiency
 Anticipate problems & develop contingency plans through Critical Risk Analysis
 Work independently through minimum management plus possess good team spirit.
 Coordinate between departments.

SKILLS:
 Planning & Organisational skills




 Refrigerating system generation
 Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, testing equipment procedures and operations..
 Hands on refrigeration manufacturing/installation process experience.
 Basic knowledge and proficiency of CAD software programs AutoCAD and or Pro-Engineering.

 Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate
primarily on the basis of mechanical principles.
 Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
 Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
