Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional (AGM / DGM level) to lead financial planning, fund management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CMA preparation, financial analysis, and managing banking relationships, along with a thorough understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review CMA data and projections for banks and financial institutions.
* Handle project financing, term loans, working capital, and fund management.
* Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget variance analysis.
* Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory authorities for funding and compliance matters.
* Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow, and financial reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
* Monitor cost control measures and assist in strategic decision-making.




* Support management in financial planning, cost optimization, and business forecasting.
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
* Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA (Finance).
* Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing or steel sector
* Strong knowledge of CMA data preparation, banking documentation, and fund management.
* Proficiency in Tally / SAP / Excel and financial modeling.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Sound understanding of financial laws, audits, and compliance frameworks.
