- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international shipping and trade regulations.
2. Coordination with Logistics & Freight Forwarders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for timely shipment of goods.
- Track shipments and update internal teams and clients regarding shipment status.
3. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
- Assist in handling export-related certifications and approvals.
4. Documentation Management
- Maintain records of export documents and shipment files for audit and reference purposes.
- Update export documentation in company systems or databases.
5. Client & Internal Coordination
- Communicate with international clients regarding shipment details and required documents.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
6. Banking & Payment Documentation
- Prepare and submit export documents required for Letter of Credit (LC), bank negotiation, and export payments.
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation and compliance.
