JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer with Strong Front-End Skills (Angular Preferable)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails with a focus on Active Admin.
- Utilize your robust front-end skills, with a high preference for Angular, to work on user interfaces and enhance the overall user experience of the applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Ruby, following the Ruby on Rails framework, and implementing best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement database models, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
- Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Angular (preferred)



or other strong front-end technologies like React or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and design mockups into fully functional features.
- Implement automated testing using RSpec or similar testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues promptly, ensuring smooth application performance and high-quality user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development, Ruby on Rails, and front-end technologies.
- Work on improving application performance and optimize page load times for an enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, provide accurate time estimates, and meet project deadlines.
