Job Description:

- Candidate with minimum 5-10 years of post qualification experience in the same role

- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.

- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.

- Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).

- Check the cost of sales at all F&B; outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.

- Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.

- Check the Bakery & Restaurant on a daily basis.

- Check and ensure that no material is issued out of the store without a requisition or approval from the respective department head.

- Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues about F&B.;

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the F&B; department.

- A Master's degree is preferred.

- A background in the Hospitality & Tourism industry is mandatory.
