Ensuring that our master batch and additive solutions meet or exceed the compliance expectations of customers, certifying bodies, and regulatory agencies in both domestic and international markets

3. Basic Qualifications

Job Requirements

Education

M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or equivalent; Certification in Regulatory Compliance preferred

Skills & Knowledge

Necessary –

· Solid understanding of relevant regulations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Organizational and project management skills

· Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs

· Monitoring and Auditing

· Risk Management

· Liaison with Regulatory Bodies

Experience

5–10 Years in Quality / Technical / Regulatory Affairs

Ensuring compliances of finished goods

Ensure all products meet local and international regulations including REACH, RoHS, FDA, EU 10/2011, GRS, EFSA, etc.

100% compliance of Finished Goods

MIS preparation

Keep up-to-date with evolving global chemical and polymer regulations.

Timely and updated MIS shared with stakeholders

Manage regular compliance documentation

Prepare and manage MSDS, TDS, Regulatory Declarations, and customer-specific compliance documentation.

Accurate and timely preparation of documents

Customer & Certification Management - Handle compliance documentation for specialized applications

Handle compliance documentation for food contact, toy safety, and medical applications where applicable.

Accurate & Timely compliance

Approval of raw

materials

Review and approve raw materials from a compliance standpoint.
