Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for colour Masterbatch
products.
2. Identify market trends, customer needs, and current opportunities in plastics
& polymer industries.
3. Work closely with R&D; and production teams to develop customized colour
solutions..
4. Support sales teams with technical knowledge to convert leads into
customers
5. Help sales Team to achieve their budget.
6. Developing new customers as well as Restart lost customers if any
7. Develop OEM Business & Conduct product presentations, technical
workshops, and customer training.
8. Provide on-site and remote technical support for product trials and
troubleshooting.
9. Assist customers in colour matching, pigment selection, and processing




optimization.
10. Develop customer-centric solutions based on processing requirements and
end-use applications.
11. Collaborate with R&D; to develop innovative colour Masterbatches that
meet industry demands.
12. Benchmark products against competitors and suggest improvements for
market differentiation.
13. Work on regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, FDA, etc.) and
sustainability initiatives.
Travelling: Ready to travel PAN INDIA extensively. Key areas to Focus – South,
West, North, Central, East.
