Experience: Minimum 1 year in site supervision

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee in office activities and ensure smooth project execution at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in site supervision, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage on-site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
2. Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Safety Management: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and guidelines at the site.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality and address any issues to maintain project standards.
5. Material Management:



Oversee the availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
6. Progress Reporting: Maintain daily reports on project status and update the management on key developments.
7. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
8. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all activities comply with legal and organizational regulations.
9. Communication: Act as the point of contact between management and on-site teams.
10. Project Execution: Execute tasks as per the plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
