Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate, ITI / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical / Interior / Carpentry)
Experience: min 2 to 5 Years (Door / Modular Furniture / Interior Installation)
Work location: Pune region

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising door and modular furniture installation work at project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality finish, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day installation work for doors and modular furniture.
Manage manpower, materials, and tools efficiently at site.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project engineers.
Ensure alignment, leveling, and quality of doors and furniture units.
Conduct site readiness checks and report daily progress.
Resolve in office challenges and ensure timely completion.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline among workers.

Skills Required:
Good technical understanding of door systems and modular furniture installation.
Ability to read drawings and verify measurements.
Leadership and communication skills to manage installation teams.
Basic Excel knowledge.
Practical knowledge of hardware fitting, leveling, and alignment.
