- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:
