Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and
completion of electrical works at the airport project site. This role demands strong leadership,
coordination with stakeholders, adherence to NEC standards, and proactive budget and timeline
management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Planning & Execution:
o Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
o Lead execution of internal electrical works (wiring, lighting, panels, transformers, DG
sets, etc.) per approved drawings and specifications.
o Ensure integration of LMG, SCADA, and automation systems in coordination with
OEMs/vendors.

 Team Management:
o Supervise site engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, safety, and store/admin teams.
o Conduct regular briefings, delegate responsibilities, and ensure high team productivity.
o Resolve conflicts and promote a safety-first, quality-driven culture.

 Stakeholder Coordination:
o Liaise with AAI representatives, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
o Attend review meetings, submit progress reports, and ensure timely approvals.
o Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability and contractor billing.

 Monitoring & Control:




o Monitor daily progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
o Track project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budget.
o Ensure quality checks and compliance with safety norms and NEC standards.

 Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of work progress, inspections, and approvals.
o Submit weekly and monthly MIS to DGM/GM Projects /VP Operations and CMD as
required.
o Ensure timely preparation of running bills, joint measurements, and project closures.

 Timely achievement of project milestones
 Zero cost overruns and budget compliance

 Quality and safety audit scores
 Stakeholder satisfaction
 Timely closure of project documentation and billing

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree preferred
 Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project execution, with at least 5 years in
Internal/external/specialsed lighting, sub stations, HT/LT power distribution panels,
Transmission lines, etc
 Proven experience handling EPC contracts and site execution responsibilities
 Robust familiarity with NEC standards and electrical safety norms
 Proficiency in AutoCAD
