Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to be the primary architectural authority for our AI-powered platform.

️ What You’ll Do:

- Architect & Build: Lead the design of secure, full-stack solutions using Python, Next.js, and Node.js.

- Drive AI Strategy: Implement production-grade LLM systems, RAG architectures, and LangGraph integrations.

- Lead the Team: Translate product vision into technical execution while mentoring engineers.

- Own the Stack: Scale our infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and optimize MLOps pipelines.

Who You Are:

- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience (2+ in leadership).

- Expert in cloud-native design, microservices, and vector databases.

- A strategic thinker who balances "quick innovation" with system stability.

- Passionate about responsible AI and ethical data management.
