Experience Required: 2–3 years in Inventory Management
Industry: Electrical / Retail / Warehouse (Candidates from an electrical background preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Maintain fluency and effective usage of ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and team members to support efficient day-to-day store operations.
- Restock shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure the store remains clean and well-maintained.
- Possess strong product knowledge to assist team members and customers as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Electrical or related field
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
