Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand hiring needs, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives,



maintain recruitment metrics, and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess qualifications and cultural add.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, helping to promote NovoStack as an employer of choice.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using ATS and recruitment tools, and familiarity with data-driven hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a technology or digital transformation workplace.
