Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to head our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) and Strategy function. This role will be responsible for driving financial insights, business performance analysis, long-term strategic planning, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, business heads, and cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve business performance.
Build and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions and investments.
Partner with business units to track key performance metrics and drive accountability.

Strategy & Business Partnering
Support leadership in developing and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Drive financial due diligence, scenario planning, and business case preparation for recent initiatives, M&A;, and expansion projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders on financial and strategic matters.




Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for sustainable value creation.

Leadership & Governance
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A; and strategy team.
Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment of financial and strategic objectives across the organization.
Present key insights, trends, and recommendations to the Board and senior management.

Key Requirements
CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
14+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, strategy, corporate finance, or investment banking.
Robust exposure to business partnering, corporate strategy, and M&A.;
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and executive presentation capabilities.
