RequirementsRequired Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Benefits Configuration.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Advantages Administration.
Experience configuring advantage plans and Open Enrollment.
Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Savings Plans.
Experience with PA40 Personnel Actions and Perks Infotypes.
Hands-on experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments.
Exposure to OData and Fiori services.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production support.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
