About the Role We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with robust hands-on experience in Indirect Tax Litigation. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of post-articleship experience exclusively in GST and Customs litigation and should be capable of handling matters independently, including drafting, appeals, and representation before authorities and tribunals.

Main Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end GST and Litigation matters independently.
Draft and review replies to show cause notices, adjudication orders, and departmental communications.
Prepare and file appeals, stay applications, rectifications, and written submissions.
Represent matters and coordinate with senior counsels and advocates for hearings.
Visit the GST Department and other tax authorities for hearings, follow-ups,



and procedural requirements.
Track hearings, compliance timelines, and maintain litigation MIS.

Qualifications (Mandatory)
Chartered Accountant (CA) only.
Minimum 6 years of post-articleship experience exclusively in Indirect Tax Litigation.
Mandatory strong working knowledge of GST and Customs laws and litigation procedures.
Ability to handle litigation matters independently.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
