Job Purpose - Manage operational activities across branches and ensure adherence to policies, TAT, audit, and compliance standards.
Key operational responsibilities
Monitor daily branch operational activities.
• Review documentation and operational controls.
• Ensure timely processing of disbursement, renewal, and closure requests.
• Track operational MIS and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with audit, risk, and compliance teams.
• Support resolution of customer escalations.
• Monitor branch-level discrepancies and exceptions.
• Conduct process training for branch teams.
Skills Required -
Robust operational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of gold loan lifecycle management.
• Team coordination and process management.
• MIS reporting and audit handling capability.
