Job Description:

Position: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Andheri East

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Rubber

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and motivate inside sales representatives.
Set performance goals and evaluate team members.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
Identify new business prospects and markets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Sales Operations:
Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems.

Training and Development:
Provide product knowledge and sales skills training.
Coach team members to improve performance.

Quotation:




Provide Quotation to costumers

Required Skills:
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Gem.
Experience in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of sales automation tools.
Certification in sales management

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Any

Salary :- Upto 8.40 LPA
