Job Description:

Responsibilities
 Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and Polygon
using Solidity.
 Architect and implement private/permissioned blockchain networks using
Hyperledger Fabric.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, DevOps, security) to integrate
blockchain solutions into existing platforms and systems.
 Develop Layer 2 solutions and optimize transaction cost and throughput on
public chains.
 Design and manage off-chain components and oracles.
 Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and security audits of smart contracts
and blockchain code.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, standards, and best
practices.
 Mentor junior developers and guide architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 5+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
 Solid proficiency in Solidity, Node.js, and Go (especially for Hyperledger Fabric
chaincode).
 In-depth experience with Ethereum, Polygon, and Hyperledger Fabric.
 Experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix,
Ganache).




 Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.
 Robust understanding of cryptographic principles and distributed systems.
 Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Web3 libraries.
 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 Experience with enterprise blockchain deployments in regulated industries (e.g.,
supply chain, finance, healthcare).
 Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs, cross-chain bridges, oracles, and L2
scaling technologies (Optimism, zkRollups).
 Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or published research.
Desired Eligibility
● Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer
community.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and server less architectures.
