Job Description: CRM Executive – Textile Industry

Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive
Industry: Textile / Garment / Apparel
Location: [Ahmedabad]
Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager or CRM Head

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and service requests promptly
Support sales teams by providing accurate client data and insights
Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery updates
Generate CRM reports for sales and marketing departments
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
Ensure regular communication with clients regarding product updates and order status




Help implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention
Analyze customer feedback and trends to support business growth
Maintain a solid relationship with key clients in the textile industry

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of CRM or customer service experience (preferably in textiles)
Solid communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
