Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project execution - ensuring timely and quality delivery at project sites in Jharkhand and Bharuch.
To adhere to strict quality controls, planning, & Scheduling of project activities.
Ensure that all the work done is in accordance with the approved commissioning SOP, schematic drawings, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
Maintain inventory records, documentation, and reporting for site activities.
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
Lead and manage the site team,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recent renewable energy assets into existing operations.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the commissioning team.
Manage commissioning and successful handover of projects.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of project management experience specifically in renewable energy projects.
Solid knowledge of solar power and clean energy project execution.
Proven ability in contractor and vendor management, quality control, and safety compliance
