Roles and Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to hiring)
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Issue offers letters and support joining formalities
Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks
Qualification:
Any degree or Preferred MBA.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in having recruitment consultancy.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of MS Office.
