Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Generalist to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our factory and warehouse workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring blue-collar and warehouse staff while supporting employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, warehouse, logistics, and operations roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.

HR Operations
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate employee confirmations, exits, and HR compliance activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and resolve basic HR queries.

Requirements
2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain hiring.
Solid sourcing, coordination, and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
Bachelor's degree in HR is preferred.
