Role Summary
We're looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, on-brand content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads. You'll work closely with the creative team to bring campaign and social concepts to life in the edit.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-performing short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
Turn raw shoot footage into polished, on-brand videos
Add captions, sound design, and trending edit styles that fit our voice
Collaborate closely with the creative and social team on concepts
Maintain rapid turnaround times without compromising quality
Organize and archive raw and edited footage for easy reuse
Requirements
1–2 years of experience editing short-form or social video content
Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
A sharp eye for pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
Comfortable working with raw footage, voiceovers, and trending audio
Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple edits at once
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
Nice to Have
Experience editing for a D2C or beauty brand
Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
Strong understanding of social platform trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Sound design or music-syncing experience
