Job Responsibilities
Create & monitor a system of control, procedures & forms for the recordation of fixed asset
Reconciliation of Asset Disposal/Retirement with AR Module & FA Module
Ensuring timely closure of Asset Addition, Disposal, Termination Movement etc
Reconciliation of Financial Ledgers of fixed Asset with Trial Balance
Co-ordination & follow-up with the department for open items/issues
Reconciliation/Conduct periodic check towards physical counts for Physical Verification of Assets
Preparing/Assisting in Financial Audit & Other Audits relating to Fixed Asset
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting or a similar accounting function.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and fixed asset management processes.
Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Oracle.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within defined timelines.
Positive interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Finance qualification.
