We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
Handle end to end sales cycle. Communicate with domestic and international clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calls and inquiries.
Provide product information, pricing details, and respond to client queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for potential clients.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: Business, Commerce, or related fields)
Experience: 2+ years into Lead Generation
Robust verbal and written communication in English
Experience using CRM tools, Capable of generating leads and bring to conversion
Proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
Positive email writing and interpersonal skills
