Role Description This is a full time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products that reflect Kasya.in’s brand and style. The role involves building ongoing customer relationships, updating customers about new collections and offers, and providing feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate closely with e-store management to meet sales targets and deliver a positive, inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store performance and meet targets.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to explain styles, fits, and features clearly and accurately.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve concerns professionally.
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, inclusive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling is an advantage.
Interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to offer tasteful suggestions to diverse customers.
