Sudarshan Addpack is one of India’s leading manufacturers and exporters of industrial packaging solutions. We are expanding our Polymer Trading Division and are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Polymer Sales to lead business development across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow polymer sales across India.
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while acquiring recent accounts.
Sell a wide range of polymers including PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and other commodity polymers.
Identify new business opportunities across industries such as packaging, automotive, infrastructure, textiles, injection molding, blow molding and extrusion.
Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals.
Monitor polymer market trends, pricing, demand-supply dynamics and competitor activities.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in polymer sales in India.
Robust network with polymer converters,
manufacturers, traders and end-users.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
Sound understanding of the Indian polymer market and major producers/importers.
Ability to travel extensively across India.
Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling polymers sourced from Indian manufacturers as well as imported materials.
Existing relationships with customers in packaging, woven sacks/FIBC, plastic processing, injection molding or extrusion industries will be an advantage.
