Drive sales of digital loan products through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network and ensure achievement
of assigned revenue and volume targets
Identify, onboard, and develop recent DSAs to expand market penetration.
Manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs to drive lead generation and business growth.
Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital loan products, policies, and compliance requirements.
Address and resolve operational and business challenges faced by DSAs to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee the end-to-end digital loan application process, ensuring timely approvals and disbursals.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards in all sales and
DSA-related activities.
