- Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion.

- Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion.
- Experience with GBS / GCC strategy roadmap creation, detailed future state design and transition management,
- experience in location strategy, activity level scoping for various functions (Fin, HR, IT, procurement etc.) and FTE sizing
- Business case scenario modelling based on various options
- Transition roadmap creation
- Designing the target operating model design
- Ability to design processes using tools such as Visio, Aris etc, mapping hand off points, identifying controls
- Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies.
- Experience with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI,



process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations
- Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management
- Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management.
- Experience with at least 1 end to end GBS/GCC execution program
- Solid foundation in core consulting skills such as client stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and robust proficiency in power point, excel and Visio skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
