Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and emails.
Handle collection and recovery of delinquent loan accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options with customers.
Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to achieve collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities in CRM/software.
Coordinate with internal departments for account resolution.
Track DPD (Days Past Due) accounts and work towards minimizing delinquency
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery in NBFC, Fintech, Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Financial Services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
