Role & responsibilities
To manage the respective insurance partner as a entire from customer onboarding to claim settlement.
To resolve the internal and external query.
To verify and process claim documents for settlement. Follow-up with the insurance partner for the pending cases.
To maintain the TAT of settling the cases to ensure positive service quality.
Streamlining the process of claim settlement by coordinating with insurance partners and creating SOPs.
Reports reconciliation and to rectify the data.
Preferred candidate profile
Analytical skills, process understanding, positive communication skills, documentation management, data handling, partnership management, presentation skill.
Languages preferred; English, Hindi, Kannada Skills: Basic Excel, Loan management system, PPT.
