We are looking for a skilled Senior Observability Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing LogicMonitor in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure networking cloud and monitoring architectures.
Roles and Responsibility
Lead the end-to-end implementation of LogicMonitor for enterprise accounts, including onboarding customization integrations and transitioning to steady-state operations.
Own the complete LogicMonitor implementation lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production rollout.
Design and implement strategies for escalation policies, dashboards, and reports aligned with SLAs and SLOs.
Integrate LogicMonitor with ITSM CMDB and automation platforms.
Drive performance tuning and noise optimization during stabilization.
Provide implementation documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition support to operations teams.
Job Requirements
Robust hands-on experience implementing LogicMonitor in enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and monitoring architectures.
Experience with ITSM integrations and monitoring design best practices.
Ability to onboard large-scale infrastructure, cloud on-prem, network storage using best practice collector and discovery models.
Excellent communication skills for providing implementation documentation and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
