Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address employee concerns.

Workforce Planning & Analytics

Support manpower planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Analyse workforce trends including attrition,



productivity, and talent metrics.

Provide actionable insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of grievances.

Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions where required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

HR Projects

Support the implementation of HR programs and transformation initiatives.

Drive change management efforts associated with organizational and business changes.

Collaborate with COEs (TA, L&D;, Rewards, and HRSS) for seamless execution of HR initiatives.
