We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcing Executive to support our sales and procurement functions. The role involves sourcing medical equipment based on sales inquiries, identifying and negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the best prices and quality. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of medical equipment, and the ability to build reliable vendor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on daily product inquiries received from the sales team.
Search, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Communicate with vendors to gather quotations, product details, and lead times.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
Prepare and share proforma invoices based on final vendor negotiations.
Maintain and update vendor database and product sourcing information.
Stay updated on new products, technologies, and market trends in medical equipment.
Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of quality products.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth procurement.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with suppliers.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of medical equipment and hospital supplies
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to research and identify potential vendors quickly
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple inquiries
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Experience in a sourcing/procurement role is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
