Main Responsibilities 1. Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare the annual budget with different departments.
Estimate future income and expenses.
Compare actual results with the budget.
Find reasons for differences and suggest improvements.
Financial Accounting
Check all General Ledger (GL) accounts for accuracy.
Ensure all supplier bills and expenses are recorded correctly.
Monitor manufacturing costs.
Support financial planning and cost control.
Taxation & Compliance
File GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other tax returns on time.
Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax laws.
Handle Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and government audits.
MIS (Management Information System)
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports for management.
Prepare reports on material consumption and production costs.




Reconcile MIS reports with financial statements to ensure accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
CA qualification
5 8 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
Positive knowledge of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Experience using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
