Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple business functions, with a primary focus on Real Estate Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Customer Support, Back Office, HR, and other corporate positions.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Foundit (Monster), Shine, Facebook, Instagram, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and internal databases.
Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer management, and recruitment analytics.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and coordinate technical/final interviews with department heads.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with Business Heads and Hiring Managers to understand manpower planning, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.




Ensure timely interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and recruitment documentation.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
Strengthen employer branding through social media hiring campaigns, job postings, campus hiring, and employee referral programs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends, ATS technologies, and best hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,119.33 - ₹40,316.16 per month
