Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality and safety
Plan menus that reflect creativity, seasonality, and dietary considerations, including fine dining and catering options
Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet presentation and taste expectations
Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize food costs and reduce waste
Enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices
Coordinate shift management, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive team workplace




Oversee banquet preparations, catering events, and special functions with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

Experience
Proven culinary experience with a solid background in fine dining settings
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings
Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Experience in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management within the food service industry
Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control techniques
Prior involvement in banquet service, catering operations, or restaurant management preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining excellent service standards
