We are looking for a skilled SAP S4 BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI Senior Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems. This role is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM, specifically Convergent Invoicing CI and FICA.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of the SAP BRIM system.
Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements.
Integrate SAP BRIM CI with external applications using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
Develop user manuals and training materials.
Collaborate with multiple teams across the globe to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements and develop/maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM, working closely with stakeholders including the billing team, finance, and IT departments to align SAP BRIM with overall business objectives.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience.

Job Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in SAP S4 BRIM CI module,



including Corporate Credit BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms, and Adobe forms.
Experience integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Analytical problem-solving and organizational skills applied in a quick-paced setting.
Experience working with offshore teams and third-party vendors is preferred.
At least 2 life cycles of projects from Blueprinting to Go-live, with multiple years of production support and facilitating year-end activities.
Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
Exposure to Data Migration and automated testing tools is a plus; ServiceNow and Jira exposure is desirable.
A solid understanding of SAP S4 BRIM modules and their integration with other systems is required.
