Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Incharge to oversee the effective and smooth operation of Thermal power plant site.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall electrical operation and maintenance activities at the power plant site.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working setting.
Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant field.
Min 5 Year experience in a similar role as a Site Incharge or in a supervisory position within a thermal power plant
In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
